Vladimir Yeriomin was born 14 October 1934 in village Bezhiza (Bryansk region, Russia). His first musical impressions were father's harmonika (which that played masterly) and mother's high and silvery soprano. The family often moved from one place to another, everywhere young boy experienced the musical impressions. At the age of three years he touched first time the buttons of harmonika, which stays with him for whole his life since that.

At the late childhood, after the Second World War Vladimir has played at hospital where his mother worked. He played in string orchestra (mandolins, balalaikas, guitars), also played trompete in brass orchestra. When first time he saw accordion, it was a deep impression with which he leaves the rest of life. In 1949 he entered The Sea Cadets School (Sovetsk city). During the study Vladimir played in School orchestra. Since 1951 to 1954 he served in civil fleet, at that time there was not so much chances to play music. In 1954 he was elected to the studying detachment for serving at newly formed nuclear-powered submarine fleet. There he composed his own song, which won in the competition. Afterwards he was sended to the special Seminar for amateur composers held within the walls of Composers Union of USSR. Teachers at this Seminar were such well-known composers like Vassily Solovyov- Sedoy, Dmitry Shostakovich etc. Suddenly, there was announced the demobilization. Vladimir without any problems entered the Musical college at the Leningrad conservatory. After third year of studying the college the teacher's council decided that Vladimir has to enter the conservatory. In conservatory Vladimir studied in class of known composer Vadim Salmanov. At the time of studing second year, Vladimir composed Variations for orchestra of russian folk instruments. After premier performance of the composition he decided that his graduation work will be also for russian folk instruments orchestra. In 1969 Vladimir Yeriomin graduated from Leningrad conservatory. In 1973 he was affiliated as member of Union of Composers of USSR. Since that time the creative cooperation with various creative groups started. His credo is to write the music which has to get inherent meaning like in music by Glinka, Tchaikovsky, Musorgsky and Rakhmaninov.

For the last four decades the creative results of Vladimir Yeriomin composer's work are: five symphonies (two of them for orchestra of russian folk music instruments), three choir cycles, Concerto for violin and symphony orchestra, three concertos for french horn and symphony orchestra, concertos for oboe, english horn, alto saxophone and symphony orchestra, Sonate for violin and piano, songs, vocal cycles. The special place in the Vladimir Yeriomin creative work keeps the music for russian folk music instruments: eight (!) concertos for domra and orchestra of russian folk music instruments, three concertos for balalaika and orchestra, four concertos for gusli (psaltery) and orchestra, five concertos for bayan (accordion) and orchestra, quantity of musical compositions for accordion (duets, trios), various pieces.
